Hi Jason, glad to hear that you are going to give up selling/bundling a try. Let me know your results, I have always had great success with up selling/bundling.

I find many people are scared to up sell because they feel it will scare their customer off. However, if the customer is already on the order page I found through my testing that up selling/bundling works very well and most of the time the customer takes the middle of the various package options.

Be sure you start with the highest priced package first and then go down in price. This way as the customer goes down in price they will always wonder what they are giving up from the top option. Chances are they won't select the cheapest or most expensive package. They will go right in the middle, which is more than you would have sold had you just given the option of an individual product purchase.

I wish you success,
Evan

I never really thought about it this way, but it makes a lot of sense. I'm going to give the bundling and upsell option a try on one of my sites and see how it works.

Thanks for the good info...
